Working in the Leeds Finance function of this global business this is an excellent opportunity for a Management Reporting Analyst to join the planning and performance team. You will be providing financial data analysis that enables compliance to all datapolicies & standards, the provision of data in order to support business and IT solutions as well as delivering data & reporting requirements.

As our Management Reporting Analyst, you will provide technical expertise to assist the design and implementation of reporting strategy and reporting tools to develop and support activity across the department and business activities across the Finance division.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the preparation and implementation of team plans to ensure these are in line with wider business strategy
- Support the development of a fit-for-purpose reporting tool strategy in order to provide customers with standard reports and analytical tools which meet and anticipate user needs.
- Support the development of reporting and data requirements included in projects, in order to achieve business goals and priorities.
- Review MI/Reporting, seeking areas for improvements and/or rationalisation to enhance effectiveness
- Use expertise to support delivery of MI small changes e.g. addition of new data fields, calculated values
- Ensure that the needs of business clients/users are fully understood and proactively resolve issues and queries in order to facilitate effective reporting

We are looking for;
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally experience in financial services.
- Extensive MI experience in a business facing, client support role.
- Technical BI/MI skills to support the role.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Planning and organising and is customer focused.
