My client is looking for a Reporting Analyst to be at the forefront of understanding the business operations, how they work, how they can improve, and what they need to do to get there.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting suites for various clients to help them understand how the business is performing
- Recommendations on ways to improve the business through data-led analysis
- Frameworks for understanding the environmental impact, and how they could reduce it. Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Working in a similar role/function within a financial services institution
- Contact centre metrics and associated technology (telephony systems, IVR, voice of customer programs, complaints journeys)
- Energy and Carbon reporting
- Numeracy and data literacy, particularly within Excel.
- Stakeholder management, with an ability to present effectively using PowerPoint.
- Your knowledge of the credit card industry
- How to use more advanced analysis techniques and data visualisation tools such as SQL code and Power BI
- Opportunities to develop your project/change management skills
- How we measure our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions
