Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / Health Care Assistants in and around East Molesey to join our team. As a Support Worker / Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties include:

- Support children, adults and families in need
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed

**Experience**:

- At least 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.00-£23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 48 per week
