P Flannery Plant Hire is a blue chip plant hire company and one of the largest plant hire companies in the UK. Specialising in Operated and self-drive Plant hire.

We are currently looking for a **Resourcer **in our Irlam office

Reporting to:
Depot Manager

Overall purpose of the job

P Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd is seeking a **Resourcer** to assist with Resourcing Operatives.

**Duties**:

- Checking driver competencies
- Maintaining and updating existing database
- Being the point of contact and maintaining relationships with operators Liaising with other internal departments
- Managing different scenarios
- inputting data
- Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company policies
- Any other ad-hoc duties (where necessary)

**Required Skills and experience**
- Ability to keep calm and work under pressure
- Having the ability to think outside the box, and deal with various different scenarios
- Good organisational skills
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Previous experience within recruitment sector (construction background will be ideal but NOT essential)

Externally:

- Customers
- Drivers

Internally:

- All staff, including Depot & Departmental managers

Personal specification

Qualifications:

- GCSE A-C / 4-9 English

Technical skills:

- IT literate with basic Microsoft Office - MS Word and Excel and in-house system
- Preferably with previous **Recruitment/Resourcer** experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, M44 5BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
