**About The Role**:
Here at CarFinance 247 we have an exciting opportunity to join our own Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Resourcer. As the Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the wider recruitment team, managing a busy and varied workload. You will be highly organised, used to multitasking and working to tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Posting adverts to multiple job boards and other channels on a weekly or daily basis.
- Daily searches (Boolean) on job boards, such as Total Jobs/Reed/Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Creating job adverts based on role descriptions.
- Supporting the Recruitment Business Partners with diary management and arrangement of telephone/face to face interviews across multiple roles.
- Keeping our Recruitment ATS up to date on a daily basis.
- Supporting the recruitment team on weekly/monthly induction days.
- Working with the wider People team regarding background checks, ensuring all the checks are up to date with new starters.
- Providing support and direct involvement in all Recruitment related projects.
- Continuously building strong and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business.

- Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
