Responsibilities:

- To assist the Clubhouse Manager to manage operation of all house departments and general maintenance of building.
- To carry out remedial works on site to various areas within house as and when required
- To organise contractors to carry out remedial works and projects as and when required
- Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements
- To organise servicing and maintenance of equipment throughout the clubhouse
- To assist in planning and carrying out of clubhouse improvements
- To ensure outside areas are kept clean and tidy
- To aid the house manager in remedial maintenance works e.g. decorating and maintaining equipment
- To assist in organising and carry out maintenance projects
- To aid in house departments when required during busy periods or when staff take annual leave
- To ensure safe working practices are enforced throughout all departments
- To aid Clubhouse Manager in equipment safety checks i.e. emergency lighting, fire alarm

**Skills**:

- Experience in general maintenance required
- Ability to use your initiative
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
