- Managing day-to-day pastoral concerns and being the first point of contact for pastoral issues.
- Building strong, positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and staff.
- Supporting behaviour management across the academy, including proactive supervision and incident response.
- Conducting investigations following behaviour incidents and providing detailed reports to Heads of Year and Senior Leaders.
- Supporting academy-wide interventions, safeguarding referrals, and wellbeing initiatives.

Please see the attached job description for further information.

**Qualifications required**
- To be considered for the post you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) passes in maths and English.

We are seeking someone who is approachable, resilient, and committed to high standards of behaviour and student welfare. You should have:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting (desirable).
- The ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
