**Part Time Trainee Customer Advisor**

**Coventry - 25 Hours - Office Based**

We are currently looking for a **Trainee Customer Advisor**to join our team in **Coventry.** You will join us on a part time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of **£10.13** **per hour,** plus great benefits and progression opportunities with immediate start dates available.,

**About the Trainee Customer Advisor role**:
As our **Trainee Customer Advisor**, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing debit card payments
- Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
- Upholding the company's reputation at all times

**Our ideal Trainee Customer Advisor will have**:

**Hours of work**: 25 hours per week between (Monday-Friday 9:30-14:30, Occassional Saturday 9:30-14:30).
