**Trainee Call Centre Representative**

**Coventry - Office Based**

**£10.13 per hour, £19,760 pro rata per annum**

**Hours: 25 per week - Mon-Fri 16:00-20:00 with some Saturdays (same shift time)**

We are currently looking for a **Trainee Call Centre Representative **to join our team in **Coventry.** You will join us on a Part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of **£10.13** **per hour,** plus great benefits and progression opportunities with immediate start dates available.,

**About the Trainee Trainee Call Centre Representative role**:
As our **Trainee Call Centre Representative**, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing debit card payments
- Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
- Upholding the company's reputation at all times
