**RETAIL LINE LEADER- Despatch**

**RLLD/11/22**
**Job Role: **

Responsible for leading the team within your department in retail production to achieve targets set by the

Supervisor / Manager

Responsible for ensuring that your department is fully trained

Responsible for ensuring that all products are produced to customers specifications and quality standards

and all quality protocols and procedures are followed

Responsible for ensuring that you and your department meet all hygiene standards and health and safety

requirements and take appropriate action as required

Ensure all KPIs and other targets are achieved within your department

Recording and providing relevant information as required for the supervisors and management

Liaising with relevant personnel and other departments to ensure plans are accurate and achievable while

ensuring all efficiencies are maintained

Be flexible to assist other areas as and when required

To ensure the integrity of our products, customers and brands is always maintained, as suitable to the role

and defined in relevant procedures.

**To be considered for this position you must have: **

Experience from similar role in a production environment is essential

Experience of training and motivating a team of people is essential

A third level qualification in a relevant discipline would be desirable

Hands on approach to solving problems and achieving results is a must

Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills

Sound practical knowledge of a production environment

IT experience is essential including word, excel and outlook

Ability to work to strict deadlines

Ability to be highly flexible with regards working hours which involves evening & weekend work and

flexible to work between different areas
