**Position: Part-time Sales Associate**

**Location: London, United Kingdom**

**Description and Requirements**

**About You**:

- You are a highly-driven and motivated individual with a passion for retail, fashion and culture, with the objective of creating a premium in-store experience in a newly established market presence that reflects our companies four core values: Family, Loyalty, Passion and Quality.

**About The Role**:

- You are on the sales floor 3 to 4 days per week engaging with consumers while promoting a first-class, inclusive working environment through mutual respect, positivity, motivation and effective communication.
- You are well-informed and acquainted with current products, new arrivals and replenishments, as well as any additional product information that will be provided by your management team.
- You possess the discipline to effectively execute daily and weekly task lists under your management team's direction.
- You collaborate, communicate and strategize with your management and sales team to ensure they're well-informed with information regarding product and consumer feedback.
- You utilize the Point of Sale System by processing payments while ensuring that the check-out process is smooth and seamless.
- You meet and maintain all company policies and procedures and dutifully communicate any infractions to your Store Manager.
- You ensure your store meets and maintains consistency with our expected in-store presentation and ensure alignment in promoting a consistent brand experience.
- You assist your management team in implementing, managing and monitoring Loss Prevention and operational compliance within your store.
- In addition to your role as a Part Time Sales Associate, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.

**Must Haves**:

- You are responsible, dependable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills and demonstrate the ability to excel in a team-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications**:.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a comparable, high-volume retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED; completion of post-secondary education will be considered an asset.
- You possess and maintain the availability to work up to 30 hours per week (4 days) that includes at least one weekend day, evenings and holidays as needed.
