This is an exciting new role, designed to support our friendly and dedicated Community Services and WellBeing teams to help deliver a high quality care service to our patients (in the community).

This role will involve scheduling and referral management and liaising with external allied health professionals to ensure a seamless referral pathway. You will be a key member of the team, supporting patients, their families, and our volunteers.

Key responsibilities will include working collaboratively to ensure referrals are dealt with promptly and appropriately. The postholder will also be responsible for assisting with the administration of payroll, expenses and invoicing for the team, so it is essential to possess good IT and numeracy skills.
