We are looking for a Relief Security Officer to work at our client site in the heart of Edinburgh. The main function of this role is to provide onsite security and assurance to this prestigious client, assist with facilities management, mail room, telephone duties and security patrols. You will need to highly experienced for this role and ultra-professional and be very smart in appearance. Flexibility is key as you will also be required to cover Front of House which requires wearing a dress uniform in a concierge role.

You will also be expected to carry out weekend patrols of the building, which take approximately 1 hour, which will be paid at £75 per patrol.

There will also be a requirement for occasional weekend working, which will be paid at £75 for the first hour and £14 per hour for the remainder of the shift thereafter.

**Essential**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Experience in a similar role
- To be thorough and to quickly pick up the task in hand
- Excellent IT Skills, including use of Microsoft packages
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
