**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quote Management**:

- Follow up on quotes that have been prepared to ensure timely responses and client engagement.
- Track and manage the status of all quotes, ensuring all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Quote Preparation**:

- Utilise Bluebeam software to prepare detailed and accurate quotes.
- Analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- **Design and Consultation**:

- Design electrical systems in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Assist clients in understanding the scope of work, pricing, and project timelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all client needs are met and projects are properly handed off for execution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and meet all technical requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales estimating, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam/Countfire software for preparing quotes and designs.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and construction methods.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing estimates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
