**HR & Wellbeing Analyst**
To support the ongoing health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, we are seeking HR Analysts to support our employees throughout the pandemic. Working as part of the EMEA benefits team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employeesin line with agreed bank protocols. This will involve making contact with employees, supporting their wellness and ensuring the have the appropriate access to bank health services where needed. You will be responsible for follow up discussions to ensure employeeneeds are meet and government guidelines are adhered to. The role would employees who have as a HR analyst or wellbeing of occupational health support analyst of having working in a shared services environment.
**Roles Requirements**
- Experience of working in HR, ideally within some exposure to benefits and health and wellbeing or occupational health / health and safety.
- A good understanding of the UK healthcare system; understanding of other healthcare system would be an advantage.
- You will be used to working in a team and collaborating to achieve your end goal.
- You will be trained to follow an internally developed case management process and will be required to execute on this process on a daily basis.
**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Logical approach require, to be able to follow a designed process ensuring steps are adhered to and managed.
- Adaptable, you must be able to work in an environment where legislation and therefore processes change on a frequent basis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Good stakeholder management, keeping both your team and other stakeholders updated
- You will have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team and independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
