A leading Automotive business, based in the Northeast of Bristol, have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join their friendly and busy Fleet Care team on a temporary basis.
Previous customer service or admin experience is preferred, however full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customer queries, working collaboratively with colleagues across various teams to ensure a swift resolution for the customer
- To work closely with colleagues across 1st Line Service and Field Sales teams to develop a strong understanding of the specific needs of the Customer to ensure we deliver to their requirements
- Effectively prioritise all queries where an immediate resolution is not possible and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve within agreed service levels
- Use workflow processes to record queries and allocate tasks as appropriate allowing completion by others where appropriate
- Pro-actively follow up and manage to conclusion any issues arising from our customer feedback mechanisms
- Make proactive calls to customers to gain feedback

**You will need**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Friendly and personable
- Ability to work on an individual basis or as part of a team

You will receive your pay on a weekly basis - free parking available - no weekends
