Market Research Multilingual Recruiter. A London based market research fieldwork agency offering both qualitative and quantitative research services with a focus on quality and client service is looking for an experienced multilingual market research panel recruiter to join our growing team.

The Market Research Multilingual panel Recruiter responsibilities include:

- Conduct outbound calls to businesses and individuals (including decision makers in business), inviting them to participate in market research projects
- Obtain, record, and verify accurate information from respondents through telephone screening
- Monitor the performance of projects and ensure that recruitment plans are successfully executed
- Analyse and evaluate recruitment tactics post-implementation status to drive improvement in results
- Share learnings from recruitment with the project and sales teams to boost efficiency and our competitiveness
- Use your knowledge of recruitment to act as a specialist advisor to the project and sales team in determining recruitment methodology and feasibility
- Manage recruitment on multiple projects, across multiple countries at the same time.

**The Market Research Multilingual Recruiter will**:

- Support the panel manager on the implementation of a panel management platform with the main aim to double the size of the panel over the next 12 months
- Generate new ideas for panel building activities with a concerted effort to significantly grow the company’s panel
- Proactively plan, organise, direct and implement project and panel recruitment solutions, aiming to maximise internal resources, reduce outsource cost and ensure project delivery.

**Compliance**
- Be a champion of business processes that ensure that the firm is compliant with the relevant, country specific, data protection regulations, including but not limited to the UK GDPR.
- Checking that all Consent forms and Non-Disclosure agreements are signed before any participants take part in research.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
