**INTEGRAL RESEARCH **is looking for well-versed **English **fluent speaker research Interviewer, who like us, are passionate about research and delivering outstanding feedback to our clients.
We are looking for researchers and professionals that have or want to further develop in-depth knowledge of the **Finance **and **Business **sectors, among others.
While maintaining high levels of professionalism, our company culture is more modern in its approach. Research Interviewers/Analysts work on an ad-hoc basis and enjoy great flexibility; they represent **INTEGRAL RESEARCH **to top executives around the globe, demonstrating high levels of knowledge, integrity and professionalism; feeding these relationships through telephone interactions, conversations and questionnaires.
Our focus is on building open and honest relationships through communication with the respondents we interview, learning from them and enjoying the conversation This results in a truly positive experience for them and for us, while delivering high quality data to our clients. We recruit these respondents for _B2B and B2C qualitative _or _quantitative research _that can be conducted on the phone or online. We respect data and add a human approach.
**Required Skills and personal qualities**:
Excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, able to work with little supervision, engaging, energetic and enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and target driven, good education, hunger to learn more and fluent in English.

Traditional call centers prefer to pay at the minimum rate and typically the environment is production-orientated where the interviewers are usually following scripts and sound like telemarketers.
