As Enterprise Scheduling Supervisor you will be responsible for the training, support, and mentorship of a large team of coordinators in their role, providing service excellence to our Enterprise customers. The role will involve collaboration across all regional functions to provide best in class customer experience. **Objectives**:The main objectives of this position;** - Superior customer success - Effectively coordinate onsite maintenance activities at Enterprise customer sites as required - Support and mentor Enterprise Scheduling Team - UK - Assist the Enterprise Scheduling Manager in developing competency and abilities amongst the team, so they can perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. - Assist with implementing and maintaining processes targeted at efficient operations and positive employee experience. - Monitor and advise for the continuous improvement of the scheduling team operational capabilities - Improve the employee and customer experience by supporting the team in developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. - Ensure employees follow scheduling processes and use our enterprise tools in every customer interaction. - Drive an uncompromised "customer-first attitude" throughout the team **Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of the position are;** - Lead the Enterprise Scheduling Coordinators in the UK to drive the overall CrossLab Enterprise Business, to help customers achieve superior outcomes. - Act as the first point of contact for Enterprise Scheduling Team members in service delivery of installations, repairs, and annual maintenance for our Enterprise customers. - Coordinate service visits in accordance with site schedule along with management of associated standards / parts that may be vital for the successful completion of the service. - Promote the Agilent Cross Lab "Insight to Outcome" brand within your organization. - Lead simplification initiatives with the purpose to ease business with Agilent and increasing productivity and employee engagement. - Ensure all working relationships follow Agilent Technologies Standards of Business Conduct. - Be positive, a great teammate, and demonstrate a passion for the role and customer satisfaction. - Assist the Enterprise Scheduling Manager in, contributing, and supporting the growth of the overall EMEAI Enterprise Services Organisation, ensuring that it remains extremely focused on understanding and meeting Enterprise Customer requirements, by building long-term relationships, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. **Core Skills Requirements**: - Ability to be a key teammate, take ownership, and help your colleagues with a positive attitude. - Demonstrated knowledge of customer preferences, needs, and expectations. - Demonstrated knowledge of the service business and a solid understanding of the scheduling coordinator role and responsibilities. - Ability to manage sudden changes in priorities in a highly pressurized and demanding environment. - Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills including strong influencing skills. - Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills are required. - Advanced planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Team building/development and cross-functional leadership skills - Results-oriented. - Knowledge of planning and administrative tools (SAP & EAT) - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written & listening. with shown ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily. - Effective collaboration skills - Proven fluency in English (verbal & written). **We offer**: - Outstanding company culture - Great environment to work - Career development opportunities - Company pension scheme and additional benefits.
