**Role**
A busy and fast-paced role which involves provision of the administration capability to enable the smooth running of the EODEX Projects Department. The role includes (but is not limited to) General administrative responsibilities, managing the administration of the contractor workforce, records and reporting, travel and general logistic requirements.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Solid communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate multiple services with a “team-based” approach.

**Experience / Skill Requirements**
- Previous experience of administration, logistics and operations in a busy environment (E)
- Effective communication skills - written and verbal (E)
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task (E)
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative (E)
- Being equally adept in working on own while also able to work as part of the team (E)
- Strong ability to work to deadlines (E)
- Strong planning and organisational skills (E)
