Job Description
Make your mark as Project Offshore Administrator at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. You will assist the project team with all project administrative activities during an offshore project. Additionally, you will manage all project documentation in conjunction with offshore teams.

This role will consist of 10-hour shifts on a rotational basis.

Your responsibilities as a Project Offshore Administrator:
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;

  • Contribute to achieving the 'NINA' objectives of our company, all activities within area of responsibility must be in accordance with the BSS Management System
  • Provide administrative support to assigned projects and project teams
  • Manage crew changes in conjunction with the offshore VMT and OPOs, with regards to personnel embarking and disembarking
  • Support the OCM/camp boss in the allocation of project and client cabins
  • Administration of SHOC cards into the synergi system
  • Support project team familiarization on the vessel as identified in the BSS Project Matrix, ensuring all completed role familiarizations are sent to the C&T department for recording
  • Raise RTPs by offshore VMT and vessel heads of department as requested
  • Complete Daily Progress Report accurately and distribute in a timely manner to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project Manager
  • Provide and distribute Minutes of Daily Progress Meeting to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project Manager in a timely manner
  • On receipt of signed (freelance) personnel time sheets, file in project file tree
  • Support the vessel OMT to ensure personnel assessments are completed and sent to the C&T team for processing
  • Complete BSS Commercial Invoices and BSS Manifests in conjunction with offshore project engineers and heads of department
  • Provide support to Senior Project Administrator as required.

Qualifications
Your Qualities and Qualifications
You can make your mark as an Project Offshore Administrator if you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a fast-paced working environment (Energy Sector desirable).
  • Strong IT skills – particularly MS Office packages and Databases.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
