We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our site. Reporting to the Facilities and Hard Services Manager., you will be responsible for daily site operations, addressing issues promptly and coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth efficient site performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of site and contract management, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively.

And as a Site Supervisor with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Minor Repairs
- Assist in the event of an emergency
- Snow clearing/gritting
- Fire Alarm System Testing
- Meter Reading
- Graffiti Removal
- Liaise with the Helpdesk to close jobs
- Secure the building and lock all doors at the end of the day
- Set & reset intruder alarms
- Report faults to Helpdesk
- Respond to reports of intruders
- Lock and unlock areas as required
- Assist in building evacuations in accordance with the evacuation procedures
- Respond to out of hour alarm callouts if required
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance Checks within the prescribed timescales
- Out of Hour Reception
- Key Holding Duties
- To have a good understanding of health and safety issues
- Possess experience in manual handling
- Can deal with a wide range of people in a sensitive, courteous and calm manner.
- To have the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- To be willing to attend training courses as and when identified
- Carry out porterage and room set up duties

**What does it take?**

- To have good interpersonal skills
- To oversee contractors, ensuring all reports, findings and outcomes are reported back to the appropriate teams. While ensuring that all reports are filed away accordingly
- Ability to demonstrate staff supervisory skill where necessary
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels whilst demonstrating a flexible approach.
- Understanding of building maintenance requirements and the ability to undertake minor repairs.
- Ability to carry out cleaning functions as indicated an operate appropriate machinery.
- To have a good understanding of health and safety issues
