Due to continued growth Mitie Telecoms are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team with the main objective of contributing to the achievement of all company objectives by collaborating positively with other Mitie Telecoms functions. To strengthen the image and reputation of Mitie Telecoms.
What are the main responsibilities of the Site Supervisor?
To assist more senior personnel with tasks as allocated, whilst managing teams and ensureing quality of delivery; Effectively manage, train and mentor more junior members of staff, whislt taking responsibility for H&S on site as required. The site Supervisor will also carry out site inspections, site measures, decommissioning and remedial works, etc, manage project specific suppliers and also have cost control of projects.
Other responsibilities will include but are not exhaustive to the below:
- Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction delivering an efficient and accurate solution;
- Ensure all company standards relating to Health & Safety, the Environment and Quality are implemented;
- Motivate peers to meet functional objectives;
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork striving for continuous improvement;
- Keep up to date with changes to industry and technical standards;
- Recognise efficiencies and develop improvements;
- Work closely with all business support functions;
- Maintain clear and concise records in accordance with company procedures;
- Be respectful of company property.
