**What We’re Looking For**:
**Skills**: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. **Personal Qualities**: Team player, organized, patient, and non-judgmental.
**Qualifications**: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English at Grade C/4 or above _(desired but not essential—support provided if needed)_.
**Requirements**:
- **Not open to students**: This role is designed for career-starters; current students will not be considered.
- **Must have**:right to live and work in the UK. (We do not provide sponsorship)
- **Tech-ready**: Must have access to computer and basic digital skills for online training.
