Receptionist/Administrator

Are you looking for more than just a reception role? Are you looking for a varied role that will utilise and expand your administrative skills? If you have a can-do attitude, are a multi-tasker and possess a cheerful, courteous manner, then this is the rolefor you.

You will:

- Be expected to handle a multitude of administrative and reception duties - managing the stationery store, booking meetings, filing and maintaining the document archive system and dealing with incoming/outgoing post.
- Be the first point of contact with customers, answering and directing all incoming calls to the business.
- Get involved in many office functions, day to day administrative tasks and health & safety tasks - reconciling expenses, maintaining the fire register and first aid boxes, CRM database maintenance, and many other duties.
- Cover and assist the Sales Teams during absences or busy periods, processing orders and arranging overseas shipping..

You will get:

- Full training on all aspects of the role.

- Learn new skills.

You will be:

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to handle busy switchboard while dealing with administrative tasks in a calm, cheerful and courteous manner.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Work effectively and professionally with staff at all levels.

Monday - Friday. 9am - 5pm
Starting Salary - Circa £20K
