**About Us**:
HMO Property Designs, in conjunction with FJL Contracting, specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into 4, 5 and 6-bedroom HMOs.
We’ve been producing new HMOs in both the student and professional rental markets for the last 15 years throughout the North West and North East. We have continual work already signed and agreed for the next 2 years and beyond.

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced general tradesperson to join us as a **Property Snagger / Finisher**.

Once the main construction work is complete and houses are nearing completion, we need someone experienced in snagging and final finishing. An excellent eye for detail and the experience to put final fixes in place are essential, as is a strong understanding of high-quality finishing.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Patching
- Painting
- Snagging
- Mastic/siliconing

**Experience (preferred)**:

- Refurbishment projects or HMOs
- Handyman or maintenance work

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in property snagging/finishing roles - ideally within a construction background
- Experience in property maintenance or handyperson services
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Valid driving licence to move between projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a construction environment
- Attention to detail and understanding of high-quality finish

**How to Apply**:

- 8 hour shift
