**Technical Product Writer**

Our client is a finance technology company with an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Writer to join their organisation.

This role will be responsible for the communication of their software releases and product features to their customers including creating release guides, video and online user guides, configuration guides, and curating webinars. You will collaborate withsoftware developers, product owners and SMEs to gain a comprehensive understanding of their product suite to be able to translate that into user friendly content

You will have the ability to transform technical concepts and complex product enhancements so it is meaningful to the end user, utilising appropriate multimedia to make it easy to digest and drive their documentation strategy. This is to ensure they aremaking it as easy as possible for users to embrace their software and implement changes when they are released.
