**About the role**:
As a Technical Author you will be excited by being involved with building user guidelines and creating interactive online content.

You'll work alongside product, testers and developers to understand content of a release to document the information required.

The role has a huge importance with regards to communicating with customers and stakeholders.

You'll be challenged with communicating complex software solutions to customers

**What do you need to apply?**
- An understanding of technology to be able to communicate with product owners, developers etc.
- Proactive, creative and inquisitive, in order to be well informed on modern technology.
- Strong communication skills
- An enthusiasm for technology
