**About You**

We are looking for someone who is:

- **Experienced**: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in health and social care.
- **Qualified**: You hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.*
- **Caring and Reliable**: You take pride in providing person-centred care and can be counted on to step in when needed.
- **Adaptable**: You’re ready to respond to client needs at a moment’s notice.
- **A Confident Driver**: You hold a full UK driving license and are comfortable driving in the Swansea area.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Delivering personalised care in clients’ homes, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.
- Supporting clients with daily tasks, medication, and emotional well-being.
- Building trust and meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care.
