We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Officer to join our Sales Ledger team.

**Title: Finance Officer - Sales Ledger**

**Salary: £31,500 per annum**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Location**:Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (office-based at least once a week)**

**Job Summary**

You will make up a team of 3 in a busy Sales Ledger Team. Sales Ledger performs a vital role in ensuring a regular monthly income by processing invoices, collecting payments, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Manual processing of Sales invoices in Solar and Xledger accounting system
- Use fee schedules and currency report for pricing and mark-ups.
- Recharging Accounts Payable invoices to Transplant Centers
- Raising invoices as requested from our Labs and Search teams
- Deliver weekly import of Solar invoice files into Xledger accounting system, ensuring accuracy of data and distribution to customers
- Extensive query management
- Credit Control and debt chasing
- Customer account reconciliations
- Occasionally assist the Purchase Ledger team if there are gaps in cover
