An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to join our successful Customer Services department. We have an immediate requirement for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to work in our head office in Blackbrook.
Applicants will need to be competent in English and have basic I.T skills. Previous Customer Service experience, a good telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.

There is a possibility for remote working, although occasional attendance maybe required at our head office. Please note that this is rural location and therefore is best accessed by a vehicle.

Key Duties andResponsibilities: *
- Respond to customer enquires in a timely, professional and friendly manner in the best interest of the customer and business to ensure successful outcomes and targets are met, whilst ensuring the customer receives an excellent customer experience.
- Handle and resolve first level customer complaints.
- Process customer orders and assist with arranging customer returns.
- Assist with providing delivery information and liaising with couriers.
- Processing online customer returns.
- Liaise with internal departments regularly, building and maintaining key relationships.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding stock on behalf of the customer to ensure supply and delivery of customer orders.
- To effectively multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail in a calm, polite, professional and organised manner.
- Live Chat.
- Become an expert on the brand (you will be supported with product knowledge) to ensure you are able to effectively help customers and create the ultimate customer experience.
- Working as part of a committed friendly team, you will support colleagues, taking initiative where required to ensure a positive customer experience.
- To undertake all training and development as required and actively seek out new product information and best practice.
- Embody the values of The Outdoor and Country Retail Group and act as a role model of the Brand.
