You will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, track, and analyse data, and provide administrative support to help us achieve our business goals.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing to contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including supporting with budgets and using the finance system to raise purchase orders for the department.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets and expenses.
- Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing marketing data to assess campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning and organising events.
- Develop effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators.

**You must have**
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing department but this is not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
