Are you a **Corporate Associate**interested in working for one of the**Big 4** in their Manchester office?

Your work will span a broad range of high quality corporate transactional work including private equity, shareholder and investment agreements, joint venture arrangements, restructures and more, within the OMB/SME mid-market sectors.

You will have gained a breadth of corporate experience at a reputable practice and have a strong academic background with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be commercially aware and display an enthusiasm about business development,and see yourself as very much a self-starter, dynamic.
