A thriving, European based Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a leading role within their London office.

**The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role**

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Partner and Associate Project Manager from the London office where you will be responsible for delivering high end residential and office fit out projects.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also manage a Graduate Quantity Surveyor and play an important role in growing the London office.

**The Associate Quantity Surveyor**
- MRICS (or similar) preferably
- UK, Cost consultancy / PQS experience
- Previous experience within a Senior or Associate position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious
- Strong pre and post cost management ability

**In Return?**
- £80,000 - £85,000
