Associate Quantity Surveyor

A medium size, Real Estate Consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to help further establish and grow the London Quantity Surveying team.
**The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role**
The Directors are seeking a technically strong Associate Quantity Surveyor, with Director ambition, to join their London office where you will be responsible for delivering major projects and leading the Quantity Surveying team.
To begin with, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will get stuck into a £100m+ commercial project, whilst also supporting on a broad portfolio of projects which include hotels, residential, logistic, fit out, and art projects.
Once settled, the Partners are looking to promote the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor to Director where fee earning becomes a more substantial part of the role.
**The Associate Quantity Surveyor**
- UK Cost Management / Cost Consultancy experience
- Pre and post cost management experience
- Comfortable leading a small team
- MRICS is ideal
- Client facing
