**Contract** - Permanent
**Salary** - £21,500 per annum
**Hours** - 37.5 hours a week,
**Training** - Paid & Provided (Initial 6 weeks)
**Shifts** - Various covering Monday - Sunday, 8am - 8pm
**Site** - Office-based at our site at Leeds City Office Park

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide excellent customer service via phone and webchat
- Identify opportunities to promote local residents discount
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Help shape our culture by demonstrating our core values
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance

**You need these skills to be a great Customer Service Representative**:

- A desire to deliver great customer service
- An empathetic approach to customers in difficult situations
- Being able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- A clear understanding of what good service looks like
- You will need to demonstrate a positive telephone manner
