Customer Service Representative

Office location: Leeds

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (No Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support the organisation's commitment to customer satisfaction. Full training for the role will be provided.

The Role and Opportunity

- The candidates will play a key role in building and improving relationships with our customers and ensure we are providing a tailored customer experience.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Serve as the first point of contact to potential customers. Accurately representing the company

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on common customer concerns.

- Critical thinking and experience with a fast-paced environment

- Great communication skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
