A position has arisen for an Administrator within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Cambridgeshire. The position is temporary running for 3 months+, with full time hours and fully remote working.
**Location**: Cambridgeshire (remote working)
**Contract**: 3 months+
**Rate**:£11.76 per hour + holiday pay
**Hours**: 37.5, Monday to Friday
**Duties include**:
- Contributing to and leading on discrete projects, being responsible for delegated area of delivery, carrying out research and develops plans as directed and required by the Education Programme Manager
- Monitors and evaluates the quality of work in own area and alerts others to quality issues, takes responsibility for the escalation of errors or issues outside of immediate scope of control
- Provide training advice and support on own area of responsibility and able to support the induction/training of staff within own area
- Responsible for maintaining one or more system or database e.g. project information systems, using information systems to create reports
- Responsible for line management of the Education Programme Coordinator to include providing day to day support, contributing to career development, and appraisals and where necessary
- Working in conjunction with the Education Programme Manager and other line managers to assess, support and manage confidential information
- Support the development of workplace induction processes for new staff to ensure that monitoring for compliance purposes is in place
- Support the development and implementation monitoring processes ensuring the maintenance of well organised electronic records and data sets to support performance and compliance information requirements
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Experience of taking formal minutes
- Understanding and knowledge of data management and validation
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who is looking to hone their skills in a renowned health organisation
