With our new Design for Life strategy we are embarking on the next chapter in our 260 years’ strong history of social impact, with a range of interventions to unite people and ideas to turn world changing ideas into world changing actions.

We’re looking for a Head of Engagement to help us achieve real impact by providing leadership, support and planning to the Fellowship Engagement team.

Key skills we’re looking for are:

- Campaign, organising or programme knowledge
- Equitable and Inclusive Practice
- Social change management in a global context

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
