**Role Purpose**

Carry out and maintain efficient collection and housekeeping of waste operations, including overall area housekeeping, loading of waste vehicles and ensure compliant segregation of waste materials at client
sites to meet schedules and quality as prescribed.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Carry out activities including collection, movement, sorting, processing and dispatch of various
wastes and other materials across various sites.
- Ensure waste yard operation is clean, tidy, and compliant at all times.
- Liaise with client suppliers, contractors & Line managers to ensure waste collections are implemented
in a timely manner to not impact on production.
- Escorting of contractors and suppliers when on site ensuring all site safety and security protocols
are adhered to.
- Operate various waste equipment, including compacters and hand-operated trolleys to move,
organise and process waste.
- Complete all work related documentation, including unsafe conditions and incidents accurately, on
time and complete and maintain and be responsible for content, accuracy and sign off of equipment
log books.
- Comply with all health and safety and environmental policies and procedures in place including those
of the organisation and the client.
- Porterage Duties including but not limited to client request for room set ups, deliveries and disposal
of office furniture to and from buildings, client requests for collection of classified waste for disposal,
waste removal and storage prior to collection.

**About this Role**
- At this level controls, monitors, and operates complex process equipment.
- Oversee or monitors component and item supply, liaises with others, and generates output to meet schedules and sequences.
- Attends and fully participates in regular training and development reviews with line management, mentor, HR representatives and Company nominated representatives.
- Must have a a basic understanding of CoSHH and chemical
handling.
- Has a thorough understanding of process controls and is able to fine tune process.
