As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will take the ownership of our 102 rooms at Hotel Indigo and 85 suites at Staybridge Suites.

You will work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations of the department.

Your duties will include:

- Supervise and lead a large team of Room Attendants
- Organise and delegate duties to the team
- Inspect rooms, enhance your attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Use our rooms management system Opera to access housekeeping reports, update rooms status and log maintenance issues
- Support and motivate the team to ensure rooms are cleaned according to our standards, procedures, and time limits.
- Provide feedback to Room Attendants to enhance the quality of their work
- Collaborate with our Front Office team to ensure rooms are updated on time and attend guest requests
- Communicate effectively with our maintenance team to ensure any maintenance issues are resolved before guests’ arrival
- Be involved in recruiting and training new talent for our team
- Support to clean rooms if required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team

Ideally you will have experience of working in a dynamic environment and work well under pressure.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in Housekeeping and Hospitality operations.

Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

We offer £12.13 and a 40hrs contract
