OUR BENEFITS You will have access to a benefits package we believe truly works for our people Discounted hotel room rates for you and your friends & family An extra day's holiday for your birthday Enhanced Maternity, adoption & shared parental leave Course Sponsorship 30% F&B discount at RBH hotels Refer a Friend scheme (earn 250 for each referral up to 5 referrals) Flexible working arrangements Wagestream - choose how and when you get paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programme Social and wellness events and activities all year round Free meals on duty saving you over 1000 per year And much much more A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain and improve quality standards, addressing any issues promptly Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management to avoid shortages Collaborate closely with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to support a seamless guest experience and maintain room readiness Enforce health and safety protocols Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest‑ready. Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting. Replenish in‑room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need. Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape. Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable. Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within housekeeping, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, other departments, and guests Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required by the needs of the hotel EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES RBH Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer.
