BAM Site Solutions are recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist to be based in our offices in Wellingborough.

**Your mission**
- Validate invoices for correct PO, VAT, Company name and bank details. Identify duplicates, organise corrections and credit notes.
- High volume supplier reconciliations
- Process for payment high volumes of material and subcontract (CIS) purchase payments for operating regions in line with agreed company SLA’s.
- Proactively and efficiently dealing with supplier queries.
- Manage shared mailboxes
- Assist with ad hoc department projects as required

**Who are we looking for?**

Previous experience in a high volume processing Accounts Payable team.

Knowledge of SAP processing system, Basware Alusta, COINS, Rental Result would be an advantage

Knowledge of Plant Hire, CIS and VAT is preferable.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to communicate at a high level

Pro-active approach to problems - the ability to spot potential errors and resolve

Ability to build good working relationships with both external suppliers and internal customers.

Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure deadlines are met

Ability to make decisions about referring potential problems to the Manager

Inquisitive and possess a hands-on attitude with good excel skills.

Demonstrate accountability and be adaptable to change.

Ensure collaboration with wider FSS teams.
