We are recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to work at Shepherd & Wedderburn Haymarket.

**Key responsibilities**
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the

correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
- Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is

polished.
- To assist with any food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required.
- Keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the standards.
- Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply

with cleaning schedules.
Customer Service
- To present and maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and

customers at the relevant event.- Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner.
- Provide information to customers about the food in a knowledgeable and

informed manner.- Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer

service
