**The role**:
You will be responsible for supporting the operations and distributions team, by dealing with and logging any queries, calls or mail which come in for the team. You will be required to carry out a range of administrative tasks to help your team and will be expected to communicate professionally while liaising and supporting brokers, customer and partners as required. You must have the ability to understand and confidently articulate MPowered requirements when communicating with mortgage intermediaries and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal departments and external partners is essential in this role. The work involves the regulated mortgage industry, and so a willingness to build a basic knowledge of relevant rules and regulations is encouraged. In addition to developing the broker support role, the ability and willingness to support and assist other business functions as the business grows is essential.

**Experience/Skills**:

- A well-rounded secondary education
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- The confidence needed to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ambiguity that can present
- The ability to be resourceful and self-motivated to learn about the business
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft is also essential (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry an advantage, although technical training will be provided
- Experience in a client facing support role
- Experience as an administrator

- motivated individual with excellent written English skills
- Positive in their attitude and willing to tackle new challenges.
