**Job description**

**About the Job**
- You will be working with and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- A hands on project where getting 'on the tools' will be required from time to time.
- You will be responsible for co-ordinating labour, materials and other resources on site.
- You must have a full understanding of the programme of works and ensure that all trades on site are well directed and fully resourced to achieve goals.
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety on site and ensure best practice is maintained at all times.
- Ensure all construction is built to the highest standard managing all trades on site to ensure expectations are delivered.
**The Role**
- You must be a qualified time served tradesman
- Experience in an equivalent foreman role
- SMSTS certification
- Experience in residential building work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £170.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
- residential site management: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

- SMSTS (preferred)
