About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field while developing a deep understanding of the IT industry. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to identify, attract, and place top talent in technical roles across a variety of industries. This apprenticeship is designed to give you the skills and experience to grow into a fully-fledged IT recruiter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT sector

**Requirements**:

- Passion for IT and technology with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and terminologies is a plus
