**About the role**: Prepare beverage trolleys and trays and make and serve beverages to residents and visitors. Prepare all trays for meals to be served to residents in their bedrooms, serve, collect and return to the kitchen. Obtain daily menus from the Chef and assist the Residents in making their choice for meals for the following day (where applicable) and inform the Chef accordingly. Ensure that the restaurant is maintained with stocks of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and table linen. At the end of each meal in the Restaurant/s, clear and re-set tables promptly for the next meal and ensure that the Restaurant is left clean, tidy and attractively presented. Ensure that the satellite kitchens are re-stocked daily and that cupboards and fridges are clean and tidy.

Ensure the Coffee station in the Reception Area is cleaned and restocked at the start of each day. Regularly collect trays from public areas and return to the kitchen. At the end of the shift, put all supplies away and ensure that stock and materials are secure at all times. Carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to Health and Safety and Welfare of self, staff and Residents. Full training will be given.
