**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Patient Support Team at our Wessex Fertility clinic in Southampton on a Full Time basis, 37.5 hours per week.

Our Patient Support Team are all part of a Patient Support Matrix which allows clear progression in terms of job roles, responsibilities and salary and we expect our staff to progress throughout their time with us as we invest in their development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing first class customer service to patients, staff, visitors
- Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and dealing with those calls.
- Booking appointments and organising the required administrative work to coordinate a patient’s care.
- Take payments by cash or card in person or by card over the telephone and chase payments where required.
- Issue visitor passes and ensure log is fully completed.
- Accept deliveries as required.
- Issue Invoices and raise receipts due to patients.
- To perform routine office support duties.
- Scanning in documentation onto our computer system.
- Checking forms have been completed correctly prior to appointments and assisting patients with this if required.
- To ensure the reception and waiting room are kept clean and tidy.
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Experience of dealing with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Confident and Professional Telephone manner.
- Significant experience of working within a busy environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Maintaining a professional conduct at all times
- A caring and mature approach to patient care

**Location - Wessex Fertility, Southampton**

**Hours - 37.5 hours**

**Salary - Up to £21,000 (Depending on Experience)
