**Job responsibilities**

As our Amazon E-commerce Marketing Executive, you will join us on our journey through fast growth and success. As we grow, this position will be complemented with a growing channel executive team. Day to day duties include:

- Managing our Amazon UK vendor sales channel, along with some work on other sales channels when required
- Improving product detail pages, down to the smallest detail, utilising A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions
- Monitoring account health and resolving any issues
- Adapting existing copy to the Amazon platform, using a knowledge of marketing and customer behavioural trends
- Monitoring the performance of an external PPC agency
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure marketing campaigns are supported
- Closely monitoring and improving our company and product reputation on Amazon through customer feedback and reviews
- Setting up and utilising various off the shelf software's to manage / improve processes and improve the use of data to make decisions

**Experience required**

If you have 2 years+ of direct Amazon vendor retail experience working on all aspects of the channel, this position could be ideal for you You will also have the following skills and competencies:

- An extensive understanding of how the Amazon algorithm works, what it tracks, and how to gain traction over competitor listings
- A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious KPIs
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to read and adopt the correct forward actions from complex data sets
- Hard-working, very self-motivated and always relishes a challenge
- Highly strategic and organised

This led to the purchase of the original warehouse, from which the Draper Tool Company Limited as we know ittoday was born, although at this time it was known as B. Draper & Son Limited and owned the trademark B.D.S. Although Draper Tools sold its own brand as early as this time, it was also a quality Engineers Merchant and Tool Wholesaler, selling brands that arewell known today, such as, Britool, King Dick, Elliott Lucas, etc.
